Our chefs have been with us many years, cooking for the visitors and locals of Drymen. The Clachan Inn has an excellent recommendation for food and during the last few years we have invested to maintain and improve the food and drink offering, without losing any of the special traditions that have made The Clachan Inn so popular.
Fresh ingredients, many of which are sourced locally, are used to prepare Scottish favourites on our menu. The new pizza oven has further improved the quality of our pizzas.
We can tempt you with many dishes, from classic Fish & Chips to the locals favourite Malaysian Lamb Casserole! On Sunday we serve a roast and if you are looking for something a little lighter order one of our salads (don’t worry they’re not at all boring!!). As well as the menus that you can see on the website we have a daily specials list.
We strongly recommend booking a table. To do so just call us on 01360 660824. If you’re walking and have made a reservation for dining you can spend some time on your walk thinking about what to order!
If you’re visiting with Kids then don’t worry, we’ve got all their favourites and are happy to cater for any of their requests. If you have any dietary requirements please tell your server so that we can accommodate any requests.

“My wife and I enjoyed a first class meal here whilst on a short break to Loch Lomond. The friendly staff are coping well with the current restrictions and the inn retains a cosy ambiance. We loved the haggis bon bons and olive starters. My wife then had tasty roasted peppers whilst I enjoyed an excellent fish pie. Happy to recommend.”
